Orders submitted cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.

VapeNova will not accept any product returns and will not issue refunds for purchases made on the VapeNova website. Due to the nature of the products sold, for hygiene and health reasons, VapeNova does not accept returns or refunds for new and unused devices.

You are entitled to a replacement for major failures with goods. Please report any damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders to us within two (2) days after receipt. VapeNova does not accept returns or issue refunds for new and unused devices, nor does it repair damaged devices or provide spare parts for repair.

If you are not satisfied with the goods, please contact us for return and refund options. We accept returns and provide refunds for products that are new and unused, due to hygiene and health reasons.
